Their customer service was very difficult to deal with...you couldn't speak to anyone until I called the original manufacturer directly. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal, now I'm trying to return the two wrong covers they sent me. It has taken almost a month to get this situation corrected.
I did not get the correct raglan shirt that I ordered. The ones I have ordered in the past have been a blend and this one was 100% polyester. I did not like it as it did not match the others. But returns are so difficult with Epic

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
