I ordered a tire cover for a present. I was sent the wrong cover twice. It took several emails & calls to finally get the correct cover. Their customer service was very difficult to deal with...you couldn't speak to anyone until I called the original manufacturer directly. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal, now I'm trying to return the two wrong covers they sent me. It has taken almost a month to get this situation corrected.
I did not get the correct raglan shirt that I ordered. The ones I have ordered in the past have been a blend and this one was 100% polyester. I did not like it as it did not match the others. But returns are so difficult with Epic
