Was quick
Since 2017 I have spent over $5500 with epic sports. This is the 1st time I have had a problem. Horrible Customer Service. I emailed them last week about an order from 2/11 that was supposed to arrive 2/25. They did not respond. I called today to cancel and they said they called me last week. All other correspondence was been through email. I asked why they did not email me. They had no response. I told them I ordered from another company since they did not respond. They said the order was being picked and can't stop it. I told them I did not expect to pay for return shipping. They said I would plus restocking fee. I guess a few dollars or stopping the order is beyond customer service possibilities and they prefer to loose a customer?
My order was great. But I paid a really high amount for shipping $18.00 and they were a day late.

The epic size chart for baseball pants is not even close to being right. Should really look into changing it.
