I placed a large order on March 5th with Epic Sports because the items I was purchasing said "Usually ships in 1-2 days". It is now March 19th and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE ITEMS. I called Customer Service last week and they told me there is nothing they can or will do about it other than allow us to cancel the order but still charge us the restocking fee if we do. Unbelievable. That's terrible service. It will definitely cause me to place my future purchases for our 13 teams elsewhere.

Their database is never up to date. They allow you to order and may not receive all ordered items because its sold out. Also some items don't look like they do on the website. I ordered some girl medium and large shirts that arrived looking like doll or toddler shirts. After they receive payment, forget about any resolution from customer service. They make you wait for hours to speak to someone or leave your phone number and they say they'll return your call. Often they will close without returning your call! And when you finally speak with someone they are often rough and rude with the customer! Good prices but horrible service.
