I selected the cheapest shipping option because we didn't need the items immediately. It took almost 3 weeks to get what I ordered. I think that was a bit extreme. I could see 10-12 days at most.

The vinyl letters were not the correct color or centered on the front. One of the hats was broken and one of the shirt sleeves has come apart. I have been in contact, but the manager refuses to do anything.
Good prices. Colors are hard to see. Customizing tshirts could be better.
