I paid extra to have the shirts by a specific date, and they came 5 days later. I tried to contact customer service, but I was number 23 in line for my call. I am a busy person and do not have time to wait on the phone an hour. DO NOT offer specific delivery date, charge more for them and then deliver whenever the heck you want! It is rude, inconsiderate, and incredibly short sighted on your end. I felt like an idiot assuring the coach when the practice jerseys would arrive, only to have them miss 2 practices and a game. 3 times I had to explain why they weren't delivered when promised. I am often team mom multiple times a year, I have 5 kids in sports, and after this experience I plan to never order from Epic Sports again. It is disappointing because the shirts turned out nice.

I am so pleased with this product, and it was so so cheap it was such a good deal, the only thing is shipping is almost as much as I paid for the product, but next time I'll just have to order in bulk, only reason I didn't is because I needed one pair quick and I don't really have the money right now to order more than one, but I am so very satisfied overall with my experience will definitely definitely be ordering again and got lots of compliments on the pants from teammates and parents, Thank you so much, Jennifer
