CS Rep named Marcus (ext. 220)is the absolute worst! I placed a large order with this company (28 shirts) my order was handle poorly.
Here goes... I placed my order on Tuesday, I received emails the same day about my order being placed on hold until the company hear from me. I called the next morning with questions about what's going on, I was told it was protocol for large orders such as mine to make sure it isn't a fraudulent order. Confirmed my order with the rude jerk (Marcus) he rushed me the entire time on the phone (when I had questions), rushed me during the confirmation process, and rushed me completely off the phone! I canceled my order and will NEVER Do business with this company again!
This rep need to be trained properly or FIRED ASAP! I will not recommend anyone. I wish I could give 0 stars...
