Ordered 2 items on July 22, with an arrival day of August 1st. As of July 30th still haven't shipped. Left 2 messages and sent an email inquiring about ship date. I never heard back from anyone. Called waited 25 minutes for a customer service agent. Was told one item was not available for 2-4 weeks. Asked why I wasn't notified or why the in stock item wasn't shipped. Didn't really seem to have an answer. Very rude and uncooperative! Will never shop epic sports again!
