Love the prices and the products however this company offers terrible customer service. Purchased equipment for work however this company refused to apply our tax exempt status as The Salvation Army tax exempt status is for the whole state and not each individual Salvation Army corps. I explained this multiple times and customer service was awful and not helpful at all. The Salvation Army will no longer be able to use this company in the future if they cannot accept out tax exemption status. Very disappointed as we are a non-profit that does so much good in the world.
