Selection, options and choices are excellent. Sight is easy and friendly to use. Payment choices are clearly mark and understandable.

I have been pleased with products I've ordered so far. Prices are competitive, but shipping is more expensive than other vendors which kind of levels the playing field a bit. Delivery times have also been a bit longer than others, but I have been happy overall.

I did not like the quality of the shirts I wanted to return them and they told me that there was no money back, They told me I have to order something else same price or more value and pay the difference

Terrible! Ordered on Sept 25 for an Oct 1st delivery! Nothing came! Now their saying it delivered to my neighbor and the error was mine so no refund, no additional items, and for me to file a police report!

Shipping was very late, did not have jerseys for our first 2 games.

This is the exact same backpack that is offered through a lot of school soccer programs, however it cost a little less. I ordered the backpack through this company because the company through the school's sports program did not have the option to put their name/number on their bag. I am happy with my purchase and give my overall satisfaction a 5 out of 5. However, I do wish that the embroidery was offered in a larger print.

My original order seemed to take longer than I expected and I was not happy with one of the items. The CSR that worked with me was very helpful requesting a replacement. The replacement arrived very quickly and I was pleased with the product.

The women's jersey I ordered was more of a youth size. I ordered a women's extra large, and it was tiny, I was unable to wear it.
