The socks were HUGE. Didn't have the option to get the size down, but based off the size chart on the site, these should have fit, but they were too big.

Doesn't seem right with regards to fulfilling orders. I'm in the business of filling orders and it shouldn't take a week to fill a 1 line item - 1 piece order.
