I recived 3 shirts all the same color grey when I orders blue red and grey.
I think the processing time for items to be shipped is extremely slow. I was happy other than it took almost two weeks to receive my order, and the shipping was more than what I purchased.
We received half the wrong socks, but we didn't have time to return

I wanted to buy as guest. It insisted I sign in - which means becoming a member. To which i have seen no benefits as of yet.
Sometimes i want to just buy something. I do not always want to join a club or give info for you to sell or trade.
Also, I need black and yellow chef jackets at a reasonable price.
Purchased close out items which are not returnable. However I was sent the wrong size. When I called to get the correct size I was told that the item was probably in the wrong bin but there was nothing they could do about it. I explained that I purchased the items for my coaching staff and now only 2 of 3 coaches have what I wanted they would be no good to me. I was asked for photos of the tags but when I sent that I was told they needed to be in one photo not two. Total run around. I have placed multiple orders for my volleyball and softball programs. I am so upset with the way I was spoken to by customer service. When I said I will have to take my business elsewhere the response was 'we all have decisions to make'.
Purchased 8 volleyballs. They were priced fairly and arrived as advertised. I haven't used them yet but previously usage has been fine.
I wish shipping didn't take so long.
All products are as advertised and the prices can't be beat. Great retailer and we will continue with them.
