Well I paid for the order to be delivered early, however the package arrived 6 days after that. I wasn't even reimburse for the shipping I paid over! Very disappointed with the size of the gloves.

After I put items in my cart, I didn't like it where the system popped in alternate choices. After I have my choices in my cart is not the time for me to discover that you are adding alternatives. I found that confusing. I recommend that you not do that.
I paid for expedited shipping with a delivery date of March 6. However, on the 6th I received an email from you telling me that I wouldn't be getting them that day. The package was about a week late. My daughter's team had already played 2 games by this point. We were very disappointed!

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
