The ordering process for customization of the hats I ordered was misleading. I ordered 5 hats and only received 2 hats that had the custom graphic on them that I wanted. I emailed a representative at Epic Sports and they said that, and I am paraphrasing here, it wasn't their fault and that if I wanted, I could PAY SHIPPING ON MY OWN to return the hats that I didn't want - which would be more than the total price of the 3 hats! I will not be ordering anymore customized items from Epic sports ever.
Items were as described. They were deliverer on time. The price is always competitive and I love that.

I had a large order and it was great. I had to reach out to customer service one time and they were extremely responsive. I only had 1 problem and that is that one of my girls got the same exact jersey twice when she is supposed to have 2 different designs.

Epic Sports offers fast delivery of a wide variety of sports related items, mostly clothing. I have ordered several of times with no issues.
Epic Sports offers a myriad of merchandise items at terrific prices. Placing online orders is easy and user-intuitive. I greatly appreciate the current inventory data that is provided for all sizes/colors. While orders are processed quickly, the cheapest boxes and packaging are used. EVERY SHIPMENT I HAVE RECEIVED from Epic Sports comes in a DAMAGED and OPEN BOX with sloppy/cheap packing tape. Considering the pricey shipping costs customers have to pay, we should be receiving container boxes that are durable and taped up properly so contents are shipped safely and received intact. Customer service is non-existent/lousy. Inquiries are processed using online forms which are not user-friendly. Calls do not get answered--only voicemails can be left with no response for 1-2 days.

Had 4 baseball jerseys made and came out sharp looking. They tend to run slim to size. Order 1 size bigger if your a little more round in the gut for the adults. Kids were good on the sizes.
