The delivery of the pedometers was fantastic. Our Tops Weight loss members were excited. We distributed them to our 10 members to use for the week. Upon returning to the meeting the following week, there were unpleasant concerns in regards to usage ( some did not keep accurate steps because the calculation would add numbers continually. It didn't stay attached, one fell off while walking and it wasn't noticed until she started to look for it on her walk and found it crushed by a car. One couldn't clear the pedometer to start over the next day.) I realize that each member didn't feel comfortable using this devise. I am in the process of trying to return them all for a full refund.
