Finally got to play with it when grandkids came over, the volleyball will not air up, I tried with a small compressor because the pump that came with it did not work, anyhow the volleyball has such a large leak that you air it up and it immediately goes flat. The badminton racquets handles started to unravel after 20-of use, ended up having to duct tape them up to finish playing for the day. The net worked great! No complaints on the net but every thing else was dismal failure.

The picture we saw online is not the same as the product we received. The picture online showed a pink and white basketball. We received a green, pink, and blue basketball. It took 3 weeks to deliver and the ball not even inflated for us.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
