Your shipping costs and times are outrageous! But, the quality and selection is excellent.
You missed the estimated delivery time that I payed additional money for. I got an email that confirmed it was missed and I was told when I spoke to a rep it would be refunded. I now looked at my bill today and that has not occurred as I was told it would be. So now I have to follow up with this via email and via phone on Monday.
