Still waiting on most of my order. I only recieved 1 out of 6 of my items that i order. I was given to delivery dates the first came on time the second date came and went without notice that it wasn't coming. A few days later i recieved an email that said it was delayed. I contacted customer service and the gentlemen looked into my order and help but still no shipment date or merchandise. Frustrating as i coach a girls travel softball team and need these items. Almost a month has gone by

Have gone to Epic countless times for apparel and team needs. Nothing beats their prices, professional business attitude, quickness of delivery, and quality you receive. By far one of my favorite places to shop for myself as well as the middle school football team I coach. Epic rules!
I ordered a pair of cheer shoes with color snap in logos. I paid 3 day rush shipping, it took 6 days. No big deal though until I received them and there were no logos in the box. I called to let them know expecting them to be sent out and instead of sending me the missing pieces I paid for they told me to wait a few days while they checked to see if/why they forgot to put them in and if they couldn't find them to wait some more while they contacted the makers of the shoes to get more. I received no actual time frame, it has been days and I still haven't heard anything since the last call. Now my young daughter who was so excited about the shoes will be starting cheer with shoes that have a clear hole on the side because there are no snap in logos and they could care less to fix the issue. I would not recommend using this site and I know I never will trust it again

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.
Answer: Ridiculously high, considering the speed... Better plan on keeping what they ship... Returns are next to impossible
Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
