Cody Patton, customer rep, refused to help when I got him on the phone, which is almost impossible. I could not replace the 11 out of stock items by speaking to a customer service rep. Cody flatly said he could not assist me.
I already had the 11 replacements ready to be dictated. He said the Chat person is available (another false statement since I could not have a running conversation. Everything was a Bot programmed chat. Customer service is substandard. Never had a positive experience with a customer service rep. The system is not customer friendly and your Apps for ordering are only good if the numbers available are accurate. If it is out of stock, the nightmare begins and they are no goodwill to apologize for the delay, disruption, and inconvenience. It is one bad activity to another trying to replace the out of stock. It is either modify the order or cancel plus there is no live customer support. If a customer rep is reached, amazingly unprofessional not trying to help. I lost out on the $20 promo discount & overcharged in the shipping of the reduced number of items. Charged with the more items shipping fee. Very third world "efficiency" and rude customer service culture.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
