The baseball pants I ordered are excellent quality and last much longer than the name brand pants more than double the price. They fit well and I love the Velcro hem adjustment. They were delivered before the estimated delivery date.

But I have Not been able to find out how to return one and do not need 2. It is a done bag and really big, though. The customer service is the part I am struggling with.

Received my order recently and so far Im happy. I did have one of my shirts' printed logo a little bit off, Some of the design didnt transfer onto the shirt but it is just a small amount in two spots. Overall Im happy with the outcome and will purchase more custom shirts and other merch in the future

Ordered few things for soccer team online and received a little over two weeks later. While 2 1/2 weeks seems like a like a long time it was worth the wait as items came in as ordered and at a great price. I'll note that I didn't pay for quicker shipping as it doesn't say they would ship sooner and just a couple days doesn't make a sense to pay extra. Ordered on 5/13/25, order received on 5/30/25. Another thing I can add is that they don't leave you hanging as they keep sending reminders that your order still not shipped. Overall good experience and recommend as long as you're not in a hurry for something.
My son loved his equipment, and it fit perfectly. I will definitely order his pads or helmet from Epic as well.
