I received the product within a few days which was way earlier than quoted. Website was easy to navigate, price was less than other places and they had exactly what I was looking for. Updates on order were well communicated.
Products were reasonably priced and I am pleased with them. However, delivery was too lengthy. Also, when the box arrived, it was open and only had ONE piece of tape keeping the box together. The tape had come loose. I have never received a delivery with only ONE piece of tape. I was fortunate to get my order in full.

Everything I ordered arrived, I did not have to return anything, the prices were excellent.
Took forever to get my stuff, not to mention one of the shirts I ordered almost a month ago is still not here...and the fact that they were holding my entire order for that shirt is just crazy. That was the slowest processing/shipping ever. I understand that we are in difficult times, but then reach out to the customer and let them know! The entire process was just annoying.
