Restocking charge is ridiculous since we are having to pay for $15 in shipping. Your company does not give a prepaid postage to mail items that we receive that are the wrong size.
I ordered a variety of baseball training equipment, such as baseballs, nets, bases and when I noticed my phone number was incorrect I had to click on cancel order. Well, then I had to wait for customer service to open after the weekend and when they were open I was bounced from a bot chat to email to a no help automated answering service around and around several times. I had to repeat why I was calling in to approve the order as an email told me the order was on hold until I called. I called and got bounced around and around. One rep after another would tell me the same thing to call and request the order to ship and finally they understood that is what I was doing by following their directions and prompts to no avail. Then my order was shipped in three different shipments, most came in broken boxes and the final shipment took 3 weeks. On the bright side, their pricing was really good.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
