I'm currently officiating school basketball π games. It's been about two years since I called AAU boys basketball in Indiana and Kentucky and I needed new outfits. As usual, Epic Sports came through for me.
The quality of the product is great. The delivery was days beyond expectations and the sizing of jerseys were a lot bigger than expected.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had a custom order and I didnt know how it would turn out but they perfectly brought my vision to life. I will be ordering more soon.
One Pom had a longer length on one side while the other half was short. It looks ridiculous and not happy I paid for it to look that way.

The caps looked great. I wanted to order a couple of dozen but only ordered two as examples. I could not speak to a person and could only communicate with AI in chat. Once I received the caps, I made another order after I saw the logo would be large enough and not the same as what the proof showed.
I was in a pinch as my usual hat manufacturer couldn't get my team out hats for 12 weeks. After talking to a coach they suggested I order from Epic. Doing so I received good good hats in just 2 weeks. Thanks!

I received my order quicker than expected and am very happy with the purchase. I had been looking for a cart that would double for transportation of balls to tournaments. When taken apart. The bag zips closed and has handles with which to carry it. The frame folds up and fits nicely in a second carrying case. Looking forward to using if for the first time this weekend.

Pants too small white without tag and 2 black pair too. 4/5 two pair and one 7(S). My daughter wears YM/ 8 10 yrs old plays traveling and regular softball. I reach out the web for consumer service number because I had no invoice with a number. I really wasn't giving the easiest way to return them and do not provide a return label. 1st time ordering and little disappointed. So I'm searching the web looking for a form where directions wasn't that great on retrieve ing.
Shopping for jerseys was easy. The number of shirts available were included on the website. Ordering them just as easy. Received the items in a timely manner. They were the wrong size. I had to return them to exchange for a different size, even though I measured my daughter and bought what was suggested. Returning them was not the issue, it was the cost to return them. The return was simple and we received the new jerseys quickly and the money from the first order was returned with days.

We ordered 15 pairs of these socks for our 8th grade basketball team and not only do they match our uniforms perfectly but they are comfortable and great quality!
Fast service, only thing confusing is the breakdown of final price did not show the braiding on the pants as a separate charge, and so wasn't sure why my total was higher, it wasn't until I paid that it showed the extra fees for the braiding. This needs to be shown up front before you pay.
Every time I submit an image it always needs an approval confirmation given, but I never receive the email to give approval. This order sat for two weeks, until I inquired about it and was informed the order was pending approval. I have talked to tech support on how approved images now can be used for my account, but I wish initial confirmation email can be received when submitting new images in the future to avoid a delay in processing waiting for approval.
EpicSports was the only place to have a particular pair of pants I wanted, so I ordered from them. I would order from them again if needed.
It came in perfect condition and is amazing for my granddaughter! She has been using it at all the USATF meets and all her competitors love using it as well!
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
