I had to buy 7 baseball uniforms for the baseball team in the musical, "Damn Yankees". I purchased all the various components for the uniforms: pants, jerseys, undershirts, socks, belts and caps from Epic Sports. Everything came quickly, and fit all the team players. The most amazing part of this experience was that the price and quality of all items was great... beyond belief!

I WAS MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY PACKAGE THAT I HAD PAID FOR AND THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT! TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW PAIR OF SOCKS - $7.00 SOCKS THAT WERE FOR CHILDREN THEY COULD NOT RESEND A NEW PAIR! EVEN THE SUPERVISOR SAID THEY WOULDN'T SEND NEW PAIR BECAUSE THEIR "VIDEO" SHOWED IT WAS PUT IN THE PACKAGE! AWFUL BUSINESS! 1

A year ago, maybe, I ordered some shirts from them. They sent the
Wrong size……or the size was not what they showed on their site. They
Didn't want to take them back because they were "closeout" items. THEY EVEN MADE ME TAKE A TAPE MEASURE AND PHOTO THEM
Then, since it was THEIR ERROR, I insisted and they refunded me. Since then they refuse to sell me any CLOSEOUTS. One reason, I suspect, was that in a conversation with them, they said that I only buy the cheap stuff, so……

Everyone that works there is an $#*!. I swear to god I have never felt so much anger towards a company. I order a 14" glove, (outfielders glove). They don't have it, I have to call in to change my order. I call in. They say that they have a 13" glove for me instead, same model. I say great send it to me. It comes quickly. It is a 13" first baseman's mit. I can't use that glove because I don't play first base. I look at their bull $#*! return policy and decide that I need to contact them immediately. I leave messages and emails but I don't hear back. So I call in relentlessly until I get a hold of someone that can help, but guess what, I have to pay for shipping to send the BS that they sent me BACK TO THEM! They said that they could review the tape and if they indeed made a mistake that the shipping would be free. I already know that they made the mistake, but the issue is that I don't trust a single word that comes out of their mouth about getting back to me so I decided to take it up the $#*! on the shipping and cut my losses. The new glove that I just ordered from them has been put on back order once again... and the never ending circle of being on hold continues. F THIS PLACE.
Just purchased something that was not what we wanted and tried to return it. They wouldn't return it because it was 2 days past the 30 day return policy. I explained there was no packing slip with the item so how would I know I only had 30 days. Their response SORRY. Bad business Epic I will never order from them again and make sure the schools and sports teams my kids play for wil NEVER use them. Stick with $#*!s Sporting or your local stores.
I'm not sure how a business can stay afloat with sorry customer service, rude employees, and a general lack of care for the services that have already been paid for. It should be illegal to basically scam people in such large quantities.
I received a set of uniforms without numbers. After several calls to them, they basically told me I'm stuck with what I have. I was willing to buy the material and have the numbers put on locally but they would not sell the material or take the uniforms back. Because they use a color for their printing that is not common, I have uniforms with numbers and lettering that don't match.
I have been in the service/sales business all my life. The one thing that I learned a long time ago is that no matter who's at fault, the buyer or the seller, you have to come to an agreement that both parties can live with.
Obviously Epic has not learned this yet! By the number of complaints listed, it appears they don't care about repeat business.
My advise is to buy local and these types of issues wont't happen.

Terrible customer service, lost item and would not refund cost
1) First off paid extra for shipping. $18 (stupid me)
2) It was to be sent in two shipments.
3) One box was received - 2 days LATE - and I paid extra:(
4) Next package was never received - I learned they did not even have in stock and had it shipped form the manufacturer -- NO notice this was the case - and there is an added 3 day delay in having it sent from manufacturer - VERY unethical
5) They blame UPS, blah blah - "We're attempting to verify the package location. / Lost package investigation "
6) I need the item; So Stupid me I give them more business and re-order - I get the item in 1 week - had to re-pay for shipping - they would not even give me free shipping. "Against policy" - I get the items from 2nd order
6) Epic tells me that they can do nothing for missing order; tells me they will email or phone me with update - They NEVER do.
7) Few weeks go by - Same "we are waiting for UPS status"
8) Crickets - No contact from epic
9) I forgot about it for few months (My fault) I call them again. Get the same "Against policy" can not refund unless UPS says it's there fault.
10) I'm out $58 (glad it was not more)
Prices Might be cheaper -- but AVOID EPIC -> FAIL at ALL cost No NOT USE

Do not do business with this company. They charge you a 20-30% 'restocking fee' for returns, and only allow returns if made within 30 days of delivery... you snooze, you loose! The training fins I ordered were way too small (two different sizes, both smaller than marked) They are unused and in original packing but they won't take them back. Does anyone else have return policies like this? Avoid this company is my advice; you can do better!
EXTREMELY disappointed with their return policy and how the customer service handled it. I should have read the other shady reviews before purchasing from them. NEVER again, lesson learned.

We ordered an extremely heavy piece of equipment, a rebounder net, for over $900. It was delivered in a truck (contracted shipper) with a lone driver with the box with stickers saying "do not attempt to move with one person." The box had a HUGE hole in it, which was likely to have damaged the net. The shipper did not take any responsibility for the hole, and tried to force us to take the shipment. We called Epic while the shipper was there, and Epic told us over the phone to accept shipment and open the box, because maybe it would be ok, but we knew if the box came off the truck it was now our problem, not theirs. It was clear to us that Epic wanted to make it our problem, and I believe they never would have let us return the net -- we would have had to find our own shipper and send it back to them.
We refused payment and they were very angry. They refused to give us our $900+ back on the item, and I tried to work with them over the next couple of weeks to no avail. They kept saying they were talking to the shipping company, which I really didn't care about, I just wanted my money back. So I had to turn it over to my credit card company to investigate. The credit card company was able to get my money back, thankfully. Just know that this company is very unethical and I recommend you do NOT order from this company, especially items that can get damaged in shipment.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
