My school is a charter school system that is still in growth with its athletic programming. In January we decided to move forward with our softball/baseball teams; meaning from uniforms to gear.
From start to finish, overall, ordering to delivery everything worked out extremely well. There was one issue towards the end that Epic should work on. I ordered a first base mitt that was coming from the Epic warehouse as opposed to an outside vendor.
Epic will hold the entire order, which almost left my baseball team without 40% of our equipment. My advice is stay on top of your orders and they will accommodate however it is a process that should be reviewed.
Otherwise, the uniform kits were excellence materials. Hats, catchers equipment, batting helmets, mitts, baseballs and belts were top notch. I will continue ordering from Epic and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

First time using Epic Sports and loved it. Bought a piece that had glass in it. Well, when the piece arrived it had a small chip in it (which happens when glass is shipped). I merely called them up and sent of picture of the damaged piece and they shipped me out a brand new one (with no chips). Great company that replaced my damaged piece and wasn't a problem at all. I WILL be doing business with them again.
