QUICK AND EASY TO USE

I ordered a wet suit, which by design fit snugly. I followed the height and weight guidelines, ordering the correct size. When I received the wetsuit, I could not get it on, as the openings for the feet were too small and do not stretch enough to get my foot in it. I tried to return it, and was notified of a restocking fee. I told them the product is defective, and I should not pay a restocking fee (on TOP of a return shipping fee!). The customer service rep told me to order a larger size which SHOULD give me larger foot holes! REALLY? Anyone who has ever worn a wet suit knows they MUST be snug or it totally defeats the purpose of wearing one! So I have to order one too big in order to get my feet in them? Apparently yes. Absolutely ridiculous! Totally unethical company who does not care about their customers!
