Very simple to order
I was surprised to find out that I had to pay restocking fee despite I have to pay for my own return fee for item that didn't fit. As you are selling clothing items, you should know that sizes may not fit the description. For instance my son wears S but with your product he needs a M and I did order both sizes but was told that I must pay for restock fee for the return of the S even if I wanted to exchange for another M perhaps in a different color. I thought about ordering another one to avoid restock fee but was then told I must pay for shipping of the replacement item. I decide to cut my losses by simply not ordering a replacement nor to place any more orders with you. From now on, I will check with any merchants about restocking fees and shipment cost before I would consider buying from any vendor I am new to. So thanks for the lesson!

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
