I ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend on the 13th of December that was suppose to arrive at my door just in time for Christmas and December 20th. I kept tracking it and it still said "in progress". So I emailed to see if I could get the status of my order. Only to be emailed 2 days later to tell me that they would have to check to status of my order. Never heard back called Christmas eve. The office was closed. Emailed again the day after Christmas. Finally 2 days after Christmas I was emailed and then received a phone call that my item was out of stock. So incredibly disappointed because at this point I had to show a picture to my boyfriend what he was going to be getting only to have to tell him he wouldn't be getting it after all. How can a business have a website and not have their stock in the computer when customers make purchases? How could a business not at least email me and tell me before this time frame or even before Christmas day? I'm so disappointed I've never had this happen from a company. I order practically everything online and NEVER has this happened. Please get your stock in a computer before customers are extremely disappointed like this again in the future! Customer service rep then wanted to know if I wanted to purchase something different after I already didn't receive my gift on time.

I bought 4 pairs of Tear Away pants for my client who is undergoing OT/PT. The pants were so cheap and see through. I contacted customer service who told me I could only return two pairs and the other 2 were a final sale. Due to shipping costs, I've decided it's not Seth it to return just two of them. I'm very disappointed and will never shop with this company again.
I didn't receive the shipment and called customer service to report. They did file a report with usps. But as of yet I have not received either the shipment or a refund.

Needed help with order to get a good est shipping date and called and spoke with someone and got it taken care of easily, I received my package on time and happy with the items, overall good job epic:-)
Sizing on volleyball shirt ran a bit smaller than expected, but overall quality and customer service was outstanding.

The wrong item in the wrong size was shipped to me. When I called customer service I was told to send pics of the wrong item. Never heard back fromCS to let me know if they received the pics. Called CS about four days later, still no word, sent emails and more phone calls, finally a call back from CS to say it was okay to return the wrong item. Still haven't received the original order or a call to say it was shipped, lost or what or if they received the wrong item back. Poor communications.
I ordered a basketball for a gift on 12/13 and had confirmation that it would arrive before Christmas. For some reason, I received a call from the company saying that they needed to verify my credit card information after I made the order online. I felt a little nervous confirming my credit card information over the phone, but they already had the information, because I had provided it online, so I'm still unsure as to why that confirmation was necessary. Then when the ball did not show up on schedule, I called the company and was notified that after the "credit card confirmation" was processed, the shipping was updated to January... late for Christmas. Nothing could be done about it.
They continually called and emailed me about the order. I told them to just backorder the whole order and to stop calling me and they continued--I finally blocked their number because it woke me up everyday. Terrible customer service--If they really wanted to talk to me it should not have been a machine calling me and telling me to call them and get yet ANOTHER machine. VERY DISSASTIFIED!
Love my jacket. Found it while on vacation in Hawaii and ordered it from Epic Sports for 1/2 the price. Fast shipping too!

Epic contacted me about my bill to address for my card. No problem, thought I'd updated them all after my recent move. Resolved the issue. Got another call back ten minutes later advising that my requested ship to address was not allowed because it is a UPS store and there have been issues with theft. Well, the UPS store would protect ME from theft if a package is left on my porch ALL day long. Also, the likelihood of me being a thief ordering $70 in basketball socks is a little unlikely. Besides that, they've shipped my previous orders to the SAME address. In any case, I reluctantly agreed to have the order shipped to my home, but advised that this would probably be my last order with them. I was then informed that shipping would now be $2 more. My house is in the subdivision directly behind my ship to address. Why $2 more? I only continued with the order because these were a gift for my son. He loves their socks and they are economically priced. FYI, they delivered to my original ship to address. Too much added stress!

We placed the order on Dec 9. It's Christmas Day and the order has yet to be delivered. I'm utterly dissatisfied.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
