Would have been 5 stars except for shipping cost. Paid $21 for 3 hats and was charged $10 to have them shipped, 7-10 shipping. Ridiculous!

Ordered 36 practice jerseys with screen printing. When I received them, they were too small for my players. Someone should have said these can't be returned, these jerseys run small, and are not true to size or maybe can I send you a sample before we screen print these because you can not return them. They were an inch smaller than the specs say but it is within the manufacturers margin of error according to customer service. I asked if there is anything they can do. Partial credit, credit for merchandise, anything? We are out over $400 and have 36 jerseys the kids can't wear. We are a small non-profit. Was told in so much words, nope too bad so sad. No credit, no return, it's my problem now. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM EPIC SPORTS ever. Much better to pay a little more money and get exquisite customer service from EASTBAY!

Our team ordered sockes when my daughter I ordered my daughters same socks it was completely different I ordered 2 and they came out more whiter then pink. However our teams came out more pink then white. Over all I'm very unhappy.

Ordered about 8 pieces (no custom items) and it took them 4 days to process the order. On the 4th day I get a robo-phone call at 5:04pm stating there is something wrong with my order and I need to contact them immediately. I call them at 5:05pm and I get the "closed for the day" recording. I then get the same robo-phone call again that night at 8:15pm.
Next day I take care of the problem, which was an item that was no longer available, and it takes another 4 days before the other 7 items actually ship. So now we're on day 8 just ship my stuff.
When they arrived my "GIRLS SMALL" was so incredibly small. It would be equivalent to a YOUTH EXTRA SMALL. Not sure why you have a "youth" and a "girls" sizes.
So my other items were okay, especially considering the price. They are cheap Chinese items, but I don't blame epicsports for selling cheap stuff, that's just an item they offer (you get what you pay for).
Overall I'd buy from them again, just don't be in a hurry to get your stuff, and be sure to triple check the sizes by using measurements.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
