I was disappointed because I received the wrong sizes for my order. As I was ready to ship the shorts in Africa, I shipped them anyway because people will still use them. Next time please respect the order as I have ordered. Thank you
Please make sure when you order that you have the size range you need. I ordered the smallest available size of the white with shamrock baseball socks, and instead of small childrens they came in as small adults. My daughter is big enough to wear the smallest size offered, but my son is not. The socks we received actually fit my husband, so it wasn't a total loss for us. Other than size problems the quality seems good.
They're great for the price and practice balls. Used them for machine batting practice. One ball out of 24 didn't last but overall will buy again.

Bought a variety of hats. Agreed to pay shipping and site said all hats were in stock. Company charged my card.
Then for the next month, I received emails every day saying some hats were not in stock and to remove the hats that are now not in stock. I tried to communicate with somebody but was never able to have a meaningful conversation (company could not answer why they couldnt ship the ones in stock and later ship the ones currently not in stock). Very frustrating experience. I would NOT recommend this company.
Delivery was for umpire shoes and they came as desired and were what we needed. Processing and shipping time took too long for a US based order and this would be my only complaint.
The order that I placed was for baseball pants for my grandson. I ordered a pair last year and they were perfect. He is using those for practice now and I ordered another pair for his varsity games this year.

Never received product. Asked to speak with supervisor about issue. No supervisor. Kept getting generic responses. Then stated they had an issue and had to reorder item. It has been 1 month and item still hasn't shipped. They took their money thought. The season will be over and I won't be able to use the product

I order a simple 6 ball T-74 set combo basically a month ago. WOW- calls to customer service/, outsourcing/ we will check issues. Still haven't received and now I get a tracking that shows 2 separate deliveries coming? For what 6 balls the size of regular baseballs requires 2 separate shipping? Seriously/ I have order a dozen of these from you prior and all came in a box. Just disappointed in the amount of time- a month? Wow

Made an order and received it days later. I was impressed with how fast i received my package. The quality of the clothes i bought was great.
The experience was somewhat good. I bought a face guard for a champro helmet which fit well. The youth small baseball pant I bought fit around waiste, but were way to short. But for 47 cents what do you expect.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
