I am an equipment Coordinator for a soccer club. Epic usually has pretty fast deliveries and lots of options to find what you need. The equipment I have purchased from Epic is always of good quality at a fair price when compared to others while shopping around.
If this companies operations were as good as their technology, I would consider buying from them again... as of now, i am just one more pile of bones in the bone pile.
It seems like the inventory on basic items is bad... and whenever they cannot complete your order they send you a robo call... then you dial back only to find out that they are closed... or you get to wait on hold for 10-13 minutes to fix a 2 second problem... #shoplocal #savegrayhairs
Returned socks as they were defective - still charged a restocking fee - which totaled more than 6 pairs of socks - crazy!
Ordered 3 day shipping but didnt come in time. Other than that it was nice. Quality is better than i expected. Will shop again on this site

I screwed up my order. I ordered 5 of the same medal but only ordered printing on one in error, totally my fault but a quick email would have been great. Not blaming Epic but as a service provider of 20+years I would have verified the order.

I have been in contact about my order with Epic Sports as to when I will be receiving my order. I am told there is no delay but still have not received my order or have a date as to when I will receive it.

EpicSports sent wrong item initially, did not get back to me, I had to call follow up twice, customer service blamed champ sports was not getting back to Epic sports. I ordered for a customer, needing this item for a special Olympic competition, my customer was disqualified from event, did not have required attire. Customer service never apologized for EpicSports sending wrong item and arguing I stated I needed them BY Friday. Customer Service understands the word "by" as that day. Product is ok, but customer no longer needs product as i received MONDAY.
My daughters shorts arrived quickly and fit like the charts suggested. The maroon color is a little darker than it appeared but overall very nice shorts.
You can't beat epic's prices, and I have yet to have a bad experience with their services in 10 years of dealing with them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
