Placed order weeks ago and still waiting to receive product. Shipping options suck and no tracking numbers are provided with shipping!
Price is good but then you pay what you would at a name brand store due to over inflated shipping costs just to get what you ordered in a decent time.
Buyer be ware when it comes to the regular shipping option. Products shipped on the back of a snail!

I was very very satisfied with my purchase the jacket that I ordered was perfect and very comfortable smiling.
I ordered 2 weeks ago today & still haven't received my order. I emailed a few days ago & didn't get a response until last night. I called yesterday & opted for a call back in my place in line. Never got a call. Which it's not true it holds your place in line bc I still haven't gotten a call back. Called again a few hours later & waited on hold for close to 40 minutes before someone answered the call. I was told that ONE item I ordered was placed on back order after I placed my order so they were waiting for that one item to come in before they shipped my other items.? That's unacceptable business. Not only that but no one ever emailed me to let me know of this. Then I get told that they are bombarded with orders, calls & emails so they can't get back to everyone in a timely manner.? That's unacceptable business. They should stop taking orders & catch up if that's the case. I am extremely displeased with this experience. The guy I talked to yesterday finally did apologize but I was beginning to wonder if he was going to offer an apology or not. Someone should've been assigned to the task of emailing customers as soon as y'all knew the item was on back order & my order wasn't going to ship until it was all in stock. When I ordered it said may be multiple shipments. We pay enough for shipping for you to ship me the stuff in stock then the back ordered stuff later. This is not good business ethics as I own a business myself. & of course nothing was offered to compensate on not having the items we ordered & need. Nothing. Seems to me to be greedy practices. Continuing to take orders & money but not worried about getting the customers their merchandise. Poor business ethics. Period. Customer service is not up to par either.
I was confused about the packaging of the wrist bands, and I ordered two to be safe. I wanted just two, but ended up with two pairs. The product page could be clearer about the number per order.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
