I purchased 8 adjustable hurdles from them. They called and emailed stating that my order was on hold to call them back. I called them back and verified my information. 6 hours later I get a confirmation that my product is getting ready to be shipped. 2 hours after that, after their closing hours, I receive another email and phone call stating to call them back because my order is on hold. How can I call them when they are already closed? I called in the morning, verified the same information I verified 24 hours ago, the representative had no idea what happened and doesn't understand why it was placed on hold again. Now my equipment will arrive a day later than originally stated. You would think they would pay for a faster shipping then.
I was told all products order was in stock, but when I finally got a hold of someone, after calling for several days, they said one item was on back ordered. So my order was 6 days late from delivery date.
I received exactly what I ordered in a very quick amount of time. Great products, and the kids really liked the shirts.
I purchased the Richardson Pro Mesh hats knowing they are a high quality product. I had them embroidered through the Epic Sports site and could not be more disappointed. The stiching on the block, two color letter is almost see thru. 50 hats that our baseball program will have to live with this season. A great hat was ruined.
