Bought socks labeled as dress socks... they aren't. Very thick. Too thick for dress shoes. LOVE the colors, but have to return.
This was not what I explained to them when I call and asked questions for. When I called back to talk about the problem I was blown off then told it would take 3-4 weeks to get a refund so I could get something different. I will not be ordering from this company again and will be passed on to the rest of the little league that I am on board of

Delivery time was too long. I'll stick to Amazon from now on, they never go beyond 5 days for regular shipping. Also, Epic is too clingy, it seems that everywhere I go online I'm getting advertised to by Epic. That is very annoying and bothersome. They are loosing a customer because of it.
The worst service I have ever received. I still do not have my order? You tell customers that you might receive items in multiple orders, yet my order was held up because one item was on back order. Even after I emailed what I wanted to do, I still received emails and phone calls asking what I wanted to do. No one ever said that if I have an item on back order that it will hold my entire order. I had to call again and get item removed before my order would even start being processed. After that I had to email back in because still haven't gotten my order. I will say that Christy T was very nice and helpful, but whoever I talked to on the phone had very little customer service skills. I thought that I might get express shipping offered or possibly my back order item for free, but nothing. There are just so many options to shop, why would I go through this again? I just want my items and will never order from Epic Sports again. Honestly, cannot believe service could be this bad.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
