GREAT PRODUCTS
Delivered quickly. It was just hard to find out how to go about exchanging some sizes. I tried to find out info on the web site it ended up having to call. The didn't answer and I had to leave a number for call back which took almost an hour. After finally getting them on the phone and instead of being able to exchange I had to place a new order and then return the wrong sizes. An exchange option would have been nice.
Perfect! Will definitely shop with Epic again. The pants arrived 2 days prior to the estimated date (just in time for my son's 1st game). Despite the description of the possibility of some discoloration they arrived in perfect condition. A great value for the price.

The only issue I had was that the digicamo on the hats was green which I didn't realize from the picture online. I had thought that it was gray/black. It's my own fault but maybe in the future provide a better picture and description that states that the digicamo doesnt match the color of the brim.

BUYER BEWARE! Remember you are buying cheap products, in turn cheap experience/service especially from mgmt. If you want to be hung up on and have short degrading emails sent to you, Then buy here. Read other reviews on this company (BBB (B rated- should tell you something), Rip Off Report etc.) before you deal with customer service mgmt. From my conversations (which is recorded) they say customers lie to them and that even the smallest amount of money doesn't matter to them. No is No. If you want to have a better experience spending five dollars go order off the dollar menu at McDonalds. Owner- do you care that your customers are treated this way?
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
