I received several emails with updates on the shipment. It arrived a week earlier than expected. My son has yet to try the football girdle, but hoping it will work well.
We ordered softballs, because my daughter was moving up to a 12 inch ball. The softballs were very high quality. The same balls were more expensive at other sites and in the stores. They also were delivered in a very timely manner. I've never had a problem with this website and have used it numerous times.
Delivery was scheduled for July 20th, got it on the 10th!
Under promise, over deliver, that is a positive departure of expectations!

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
