My order didn't process for over a week and I paid $13+ Shipping for 3 day shipping. Spoke with other parents who got their orders quicker when they paid the cheaper standard shipping. Tried to contact company by phone and email. Over 10 min hold and never spoke to anyone in customer service and email was never responded to. Product was as advertised and good price and fit well. Just very upset about shipping prices and sloweness of process. Note I live in Missouri and company is in Kansas so not like he had to travel a great distance.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
