The quality and color of the bag was very good. However, the condition of the bag was very disatisfying. It was extremely wrinkled and as this was purchased for a gift. I cannot see myself giving it to the individual in this condition.

The mistake was mine, but it was not super convenient to return my item for an exchange. Once I talked with a customer rep. Who was very helpful, everything was worked out fine. I would recommend an easier return policy. Other than that my experience with Epic Sports has been great.

A better detail should be provided on the type of material your product is made from.
The embroidery backing should be smoothed. It was bunched up and made the lettering appear to be pulling and the underside material was irritating to the body where it was bunched. Just the sewer needs to be more aware that the material has gathered up.
You would be hard pressed to find a better place to find affordable sports items. The online experience of ordering is easy and the speed of service is exceptional.
