The quality and color of the bag was very good. However, the condition of the bag was very disatisfying. It was extremely wrinkled and as this was purchased for a gift. I cannot see myself giving it to the individual in this condition.

The mistake was mine, but it was not super convenient to return my item for an exchange. Once I talked with a customer rep. Who was very helpful, everything was worked out fine. I would recommend an easier return policy. Other than that my experience with Epic Sports has been great.
