I ordered an item with 2 say shipping. The item never arrived with 2 day shipping instead the item arrived a week later. Contacted the company was told they would refund me the difference between regular and 2vsay shipping which is not right. Now the item us no longer needed and I gave to pay a restocking gmfee for the item. That is also not right. If the item arrived on time like I paid for all this could have been avoided. Terrible customer service when an issue arrives they still want to charge you fees like its your fault.
It seems sizing of baseball pants varies drastically between brands making it difficult to order online without trying on first. 2 different brands of size L ordered and one brand was too small the other too big. One brand we currently have a size M of and they are tight so it seemed reasonable a L would be bigger and they were not. Not Epic Sports fault, just frustrating. Otherwise ordering was easy and email updates of order progress were great.
