Faxed original order 10/5/17 - Worked with Steven- faxed back 10/5/17 4:43 pm -returned call 10/6/17 as soon as you opened ( we are 3 hours ahead of you). He stated that some of the sizes were not in stock. I gave him some different options asked him to let me know status. After 4 e-mails requesting the status on 10/6/17, I finally was able to talk with him 10/9/17 - we had ordered Gold (written 6 times on each size ordered) - He thought it was black - seems that gold was in stock the entire time. I sent E-mail( 10/9/17 AT 1:22 PM) requesting 3-day shipping at a cost of $21.22...when I received the confirmation 10/10/17 it showed standard shipping to arrive 10/19/17...again I called as soon as you were open. He advised it was his error and would check to see if the order could be expedited to 3-day.I requested a return call on the status - he was rather arrogant - NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL - I DID GET THE CONFIRMATION FOR SEVERAL SHIPPING LOCATIONS - WE NEEDED THESE ITEMS BY 10/18/17 (we will now have to make some temporary arrangements for shorts). THIS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED - WE CERTAINLY SHOULD RECEIVE A LARGE DISCOUNT - GLAD WE ORDERED THE SHIRTS, SOX AND POM POMS ELSEWHERE. I HAVE ORDERED FOR THE SCHOOL FOR OVER 20 YEARS - THIS IS THE FIRST LETTER I HAVE WRITTEN AS A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I've ordered from Epic Sports several times for my team and I've always had a good experience, timely shipping and quality items. I really liked these socks... they were nice and thick and long enough that they give full coverage up to their football pants. We ordered teal and neon pink (for October). The boys really like the pink socks... they're very bright. I'll definitely order again.
As always, the only place I order uniforms from. They cam a week before the scheduled delivery date.

The flags were not the quality we thought they would be. Very see through. I had planned on hanging them on my boys wall in their room. But, I think I am going to have to paint a solid white background to go behind them (the blue and white striped walls shows through the flags).
