The pads that I purchased were too small. I was a little upset that the return process did not include a pre-paid return label, as this was a large box and getting to a post office proved difficult.

The Epic Sports ordering experience was great! The prices were reasonable plus, they said that I would get made order by Oct. 31, ( I ordered the shirts on Oct. 20), and they arrived 2 days later! Great service, will happily order from Epic Sports again!

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
