After placing an order and paying a higher shipping rate to ensure arrival sooner, it took 2-3days for Epic to realize an item was unavailable. I will most likely not use Epic sports in the future as this delay also delayed my product arrival for what I paid in shipping. Regardless of emails and phone calls to me, all is unnecessary if your inventory is correct at time of order. Sincerely, a first and last time shopper to Epic
