Product already returned for credit... product reportedly was a replacement for Jaypro winch... your online product specs were not detailed enough... never stating the length of the nylon strap which was only 4 feet longs (which is not nearly long enough)... The Jaypro winch that I was replacing has an 11 foot strap.
Not satisfied that I had to pay $30 shipping cost to return a product that is not the replacement it was advertised for.

The baseball stirrups were just what was needed. The quality was good and the price was great. Delivery was timely and no complaints about packaging.

I received the Fleece Pullover on Friday afternoon. (2/9/18). When I opened it on Saturday (2/10/18) I found a smudge across the front in the middle of the Pullover. It looked like it had been dropped on a dirty floor. It would not come off. I called the 800 number and left a message with my name, phone number, and order number. I described the condition of the item. No one returned my call. The Pullover was a birthday gift to be opened on Sunday (2/11/18). I wrapped it and the recipient of it decided they did not like the fit. If the Pullover was to be kept I was going to return for a replacement but now I would like to return the Pullover for a complete refund.
Shipping costs are a little overboard but overall loved ordering form epic sports

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
