Its been 10 days since I made my order and I even paid extra to expedite shipping. My order was supposed to arrive a few days ago and it hasnt even been processed. I tried calling customer service but they were useless in providing me any details on when or if my order was being proceed. I tried emailing them but I have yet to receive a reply back. I will never order from this place again.

Had to call customer service a few times and no one answers. Left the call back option and never got a call back. Luckily someone responded through email and that's how the entire return process was taken care of. Why have phones?

I have been ordering uniforms for our car dealership and I have to do it online. I have tried, with no success, to call an order in and ask some questions but I can't get anyone on the phone. Once the call is automatically picked up I'm on hold for extremely long times and have not had any luck in getting a live person to speak to. I'm done trying and will order the vest from a different vendor. Also, shipping is too expensive and there are no offers of reduced shipping for larger orders.
