Shipping took a while
I was not impressed with the response I received from Cody. I will likely not be back. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and my card was charged for the entire order even though 2/3 of the order has still not shipped. I saw after the fact the ETA of the order, but 3 weeks is a bit unreasonable, especially if the card is charged prior to shipping. Cody also seemed uninterested in my concerns. Again, the customer service aspect of Epic was disappointing. I'll go back to Team Express in The future.
