Well when I called to check on my order status, it was 2 hrs before closing time. I waited just over the 2hrs for a recording to tell me that they were closed. I was the next person to be helped. Very unsatisfied with the whole customer service side.
The products were exactly what we ordered
I ordered softball socks that were on clearance - great price. They took a very long time to arrive, however based on the price I paid, I did not mind. However, I did mind that some of the socks were the incorrect size. When I called Epic for a replacement, I was given a hard time time about it. I submitted photos showing the incorrect item/size, yet I was asked several times to prove with additional photos that I received the wrong items.
Easy ordering, order came quickly.

I ordered black shorts that are beyond sheer. I asked for a refund. I was told I cant get refund for shipping and I have to pay for return shipping. This place is a scam. Do not order here! Ill be disputing with my credit card company.
Fast, quality merchandise, cheap. Two items were mis-sized and can't be returned, or used. Will have to donate them. The rest more than made up for it...
