Needed shirts to customize for a tennis team. Very pleased with the shirts and material.
I ordered over $100 worth of stuff and all the hats fit as should. But the clothes didn't at all. Softball pants for my daughter WAY too small. Coaching shirt leave pull overs for me WAY too big, more like a dress. Not happy.

Large order and advised that shipment scheduled to arrive on March 12. No shipment and spent hours on hold for a customer service rep. Never did get to speak with a rep. No tracking number no nothing from this company. I want my merchandise or a full refund. They do not respond to emails and clearly do not answer the phone.

Paid extra for fast shipping so items would arrive FIVE days prior to my event. Items showed up THREE days AFTER my event. Now I have 7 jerseys that I can't use. They refuse to acknowledge their error or offer any reimbursement. Never again! Shop elsewhere!
Your prices are great, However, the last order was not received by the date promised. The camp clothes came in on Monday, the cheer camp was held on Friday--the promised delivery date. Needless to say We were not pleased since we had to reschedule our camp.
