If you order something from them, do not expect it anytime soon, 2 to 3 weeks maybe if you stay on them, they like to take your money fast then once they get it they don't want to send it, have cost me to miss several jobs because of their negligence and lazy $#*! shipping shipping delays, been 13 days since I paid and still haven't received confirmation or tracking, but took my money fast enough
I was missing a few items in my order. After contacting Epic Sports, I received an immediate response and items were delivered in a couple days. Thank you for making it right, hassle free!
I ordered and recieved adult men XL tights to go under my gym shorts since it is winter time. I recieved what fitted like a child's XL. I am in no way a big guy. I returned the tights, four pairs. Epic sports charged me a total of $41.67 which included $31.96 for the tights, $6.62 for shipping, $3.09 in taxes. To return the tights cost me $12, another $7.15,I'm assuming restocking fee along with 53 cent for taxes. I didn't know services like that get taxed. Epic Sports refunded me $ 34.52. Looks like I was taxed twice, paid for shipping to recieved items, paid shipping to send back, got charged a restocking fee.I am out of $29.39 -minus $2.56(The difference between what the tights cost verses the refund) = 26.83 and I have nothing out of the deal. And it is impossible to speak with a real person and the chat line is also a robot. I will never shop with epic sports again. Beware if you have a return and want your money back.
