The first order I did with Epic was a Rocky one. I received pants that did not fit. I stuck with them and they have showed that they have great unique products. Once you get used of the site it can be a great way to get great gear!

Happy with my order. I would say that some of the shirts I bought had a background design that was not shown on the website. Happy with the logos I added, and the fit/ quality of the clothes.
I had the sleeve logos a darker blue to try and match the jersey and the website suggested an edit so I thought it would make the blue closer to the same color but ended up being way lighter than what I originally uploaded. Other than that, the uniforms turned out good.

I ordered 2 pairs of white with black pinstripes adult baseball pants for wear in my adult baseball league. What i received was 2 pair of white with navy pin stripes. Not exactly what I wanted but no time to return with season starting.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
