Received both orders BUT I wanted to cancel one of them. Could not fine on your system what was my auto ship date. Is your system fixed yet?

I was an irate customer, to say the least, after speaking to a first representative. What he was telling me did not make sense and when I was transferred to Dave after requesting to speak to a supervisor, my worries instantly vanished.
